This is our most cost effective and efficient floor plan design, maximizing every inch of its 1,730 square feet.  The main level has an array of possibilities: choose a 3 bedroom plan for your growing family or the 2 bedroom plan with a bonus office space, if you’re looking to downsize.  You may choose a finished basement, if you need more living space.  This design also allows for a RV/boat garage space.
