After relocating from the Great Lakes area our clients wanted to build a contemporary home accented with commercial features. This 4200 square foot home capitalizes on the scenery with two spacious outdoor terraces to enjoy the surrounding pines and wildlife. Timeless Classic Beauty

This beautiful Broadmoor gem was originally built in the late 1950’s. Completing a top to bottom remodel and addition this home now showcases extensive moldings, ceiling treatments, grand windows and even a second story apartment. Spanish Mission Revival

After an extensive hail storm that caused both exterior and interior damage this 7500 square foot home underwent a vast remodel. Mid-Century Dream

After purchasing this 1970’s two story walk-out home, a meticulous remodel began.  This home was reframed and replanned and the lower level was configured to offer independent living with exterior access. Elevated A-frame

This once dated A-frame lacked structural integrity, space and modern features. An addition and remodel were planned and then highlighted with mixed materials such as steel, wood siding and stucco. Bringing all these materials together created a cohesive design that was accented with soaring roof lines and contemporary lighting.

Mountain Flair

This 2-story home is a custom new build on 2+ beautiful acres in Black Forest. This floorplan was created with function and comfort in mind highlighting special areas to create a warm and inviting spaces. The open concept main level overlooks a treed landscape with a 12″ wide bi-parting patio door that invites you out to a covered patio for that indoor/outdoor living.Vaulted ceilings and large windows create a wonderfully airy and bright environment.

A Bit of European Charm

This 1960’s home sits perched atop a beautiful property on the westside of Colorado Springs on 2+ acres.  In need of some TLC and a desire to capitalize on the amazing views a plan was created. To take advantage of the view the roof was raised two feet thus allowing more space for larger windows and patio doors. A kitchen addition was completed on the main level, a guest suite with private entrance and conversion of the existing garage to a new rec room complete with wet bar and sound system. The front door was relocated to create a grand entry with an 8 foot tall wood door and a new garage was relocated under the kitchen.
