Video walk-throughs bring your vision to life and aid in verifying plan functionality and finish selections. At Colarelli Custom Homes, we use video walkthroughs to showcase your custom home design. This allows you with a real-life visualize of your proposed custom home design and understand its layout, features, and aesthetics.

Digital Palette Board helps communicate the look & feel and are a great tool for out of town clients.

3D Matterport camera

Watching your new home come to life each day is so exciting! From foundation to framing, wiring to ductwork, framing to roofing… watching behind the scenes using our smart technology. As an add on and where internet is available, we offer our out of town and busy clients access to a streaming webcam so you can see your home every step of the way. Our onsite webcams can give you a real time look at your home, 24/7.

Every project is documented twice using our 3D Matterport Camera. The first images are taken before drywall installation for behind wall documentation. The second images are taken at home completion. This gives us a check for quality assurance and allows clients the ability to share their new home with friends and family who may be out of town.

Once construction is complete, we are able to create a time-lapse showing how your new home came to be.
