Rich holds 37 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He entered the industry with a Construction Management degree from Colorado State University and co-founded a custom home building company in Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Later on, Rich founded a development and building company in Salida, Colorado. Both companies Rich founded have won numerous awards and media recognition in the building industry. Rich has lived in Colorado for 20 years.
